摘要点阵激光单独应用或联合其他方法治疗浅表性瘢痕、萎缩性瘢痕、增生性瘢痕及瘢痕疙瘩均有不同程度的改善,偶有加重.点阵激光可减少早期创伤、手术瘢痕发展成增生性瘢痕的机会.其疗效与瘢痕类型、治疗参数的选择、皮肤类型、术后护理等有关.点阵激光的不良反应主要为暂时性或持久性红斑、炎症后色素沉着、疼痛、水泡、结痂、感染等,常较轻或一过性,遗留永久性和严重并发症较为少见,偶可出现瘢痕增生.
