摘要银屑病是一种慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病,其发病与遗传、免疫、感染、情绪应激等因素有关.大部分银屑病患者常合并焦虑、抑郁、失眠等情绪应激问题,严重影响患者的生活质量,情绪应激也通过可能的机制(神经-内分泌-免疫网络及p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶通路)加重银屑病.情绪应激与银屑病的相关已得到广泛关注,了解情绪应激,包括抑郁症、焦虑、生活事件或工作压力和睡眠问题等与银屑病发生发展的关系和可能的作用机制,为银屑病的治疗提供依据.

abstractsPsoriasis is a chronic recurrent inflammatory skin disease,whose occurrence is associated with heredity,immunity,infection,emotional stress,etc.Most patients with psoriasis often suffer from emotional stress-related disorders,such as anxiety,depression and insomnia,which severely affect quality of life in patients.Emotional stress can exacerbate psoriasis likely through the neuro-endocrine-immune network and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway.Recently,the relationship between emotional stress and psoriasis has drawn extensive attention.The authors summarize the relationship of emotional stress (including depression,anxiety,life events or work stress,sleep disorders,and so on) with occurrence and development of psoriasis,as well as possible underlying mechanisms,which may provide a basis for the treatment of psoriasis.
