换一批摘要内膜下血管成形术是指在介入治疗周围血管动脉闭塞性疾病时,在动脉闭塞段人为造成内膜下的夹层而形成新的人工血流通道,目前已发展成较为成熟和开展广泛的治疗技术.本文就其操作原理和操作规程,以及在下肢动脉闭塞性疾病中应用的适应证、并发症、疗效评价等方面作一综述.
