abstractsBRCA1 gene and BRCA2 gene are two anti-oncogenes which are correlative with the genesis and progress of breast cancer.especially hereditary breast cancer.Accumulative evidence shows there are BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene mutations in some patients with breast cancer and different clinico-pathological characteristics in BRCA1-and BRCA2-related breast cancer.Therefore,the detection of BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene mutation will be valuable for the prognosis of breast cancer.
