摘要Bmi-1基因属于PeG家族.使Bmi-1沉默可以促使肿瘤细胞发生衰老,细胞衰老目前被认为是体内抵抗肿瘤发生的机制之一.在许多肿瘤中存在Bmi-l基因高表达,其广泛参与肿瘤的发生发展.Bmi-1调控机制主要通过下调p16Ink4a和调节Akt/PKB通路发挥作用.

abstractsBmi-1 gene belongs to PcG family. Down-regulation of Bmi-1 can promote tumor cell se-nescence, which serves as an important tumor suppressive mechanism in vivo. Bmi-1 gene is overexpressed in a number of malignancies, and widely participates in the genesis and devdopment of tumor. Bmi-1 acts mainly by down-regulating p16Ink4a and regulating Akt/PKB pathway.
