abstractsLet-7 is found to be downregulated in lung cancer while many kinds of oncogenes expression always increase, and restoration of the let-7 to normal expression level inhibits lung cancer growth evidently.Thus, let-7 might serves as good targets or effective interference tools in exploration of anticancer therapeutics,and has a good prospect in applying it in the early diagnosis, prognosis and therapy in lung cancer.
