换一批摘要红细胞分布宽度(RDW)是既往用来诊断贫血的数字化指标,近年来的研究发现了其新的临床意义:除了急慢性肾脏疾病、慢性阻塞性肺病及心血管疾病外,RDW升高在实体瘤及血液肿瘤中也具有一定的预后意义,甚至可以作为某些肿瘤诊断的参考指标.尽管相关机制尚未明确,但作为廉价易获取的临床参数,RDW为肿瘤临床诊断及预后提供了新的方向.

abstractsRed blood cell distribution width (RDW) is a conventional digital index for diagnosis of anemia,and recent studies have found its new clinical significance:high RDW is closely related to prognosis and diagnosis of both solid tumors and hematological tumors in addition to acute and chronic kidney disease,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and cardiovascular disease.RDW,which is cheap and easily acquired,may offer a new direction for clinical diagnosis and prognosis of tumor though the relevant mechanism is unclear.
