摘要Lumican是富含亮氨酸重复序列的小分子蛋白聚糖家族成员之一，参与肿瘤发生发展相关的细胞过程如上皮间质转化、细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭和黏附等。Lumican在不同肿瘤中的表达与肿瘤进展呈正相关或负相关，并可作为肿瘤预后及疗效评估参考。深入研究Lumican与肿瘤治疗抵抗的相关性及潜在机制可为临床治疗疗效预测提供新思路。

abstractsLumican is a member of the small leucine-rich proteoglycan family, which is involved in cell processes related to tumorigenesis and development, such as epithelial-mesenchymal transition, cell proliferation, migration, invasion and adhesion. The expression of Lumican in different tumors is positively or negatively correlated with tumor progression, and can be used as a reference for tumor prognosis and efficacy evaluation. Further study of the correlation and potential mechanism between Lumican and tumor therapy resistance can provide new ideas for predicting clinical therapeutic efficacy.
