摘要黄栌为漆树科黄栌属植物，具有降酶、降黄、利胆和增强机体免疫功能等作用，临床上用于治疗急性黄疸型传染性肝炎。目前，对黄栌的研究多限于抗肝化学性损伤和抗凝血等。为了更好地研究黄栌抗肿瘤的作用机制，本文对黄栌的活性成分、药理作用以及临床应用进行综述。

In order to better study the scientific connotation of antitumor ofCotinus coggygria Scop., the active ingredient ofCotinus coggygria Scop., pharmacological action and clinical application were reviewed.
