摘要目的：评价中药熏蒸联合人工泪液治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法将2014年9月－2015年9月西安市中医医院就诊的168例干眼症患者按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组，每组84例。对照组给予人工泪液治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用中药熏蒸。对2组患者临床疗效、自觉症状评分、泪腺分泌功能、泪膜破裂时间(break-up time, BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(cornea fluorescein staining, CFT)评分进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为82.14%、对照组为61.90%，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2＝8.537，P＝0.003)。治疗后，观察组自觉症状干涩感[(0.70±0.20)分比(1.50±0.50)分，t＝13.615]、异物感[(0.60±0.30)分比(1.30±0.50)分，t＝11.003]、视物疲劳[(0.80±0.20)分比(1.50±0.60)分，t＝10.144]评分均低于对照组(P＜0.01)；泪腺分泌功能[(6.20±3.30)mm/5 min比(4.70±1.50)mm/5 min， t＝3.793]、BUT[(9.50±2.70)s 比(7.40±2.80)s，t＝4.948]较对照组升高(P＜0.01)，CFT 评分[(0.70±0.20)分比(1.40±0.30)分，t＝10.144]低于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论中药熏蒸联合人工泪液可有效改善干眼症患者的临床症状、提高疗效。

abstractsObjective To explore effect of herbal fumigation combined with artificial tears in treatment of evaporative dry eye.Methods A total of 168 patients with evaporative dry eye were included, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 84 in each. The patients in control group were given artificial tears, and the patients in observation group were given herbal fumigation combined with artificial tears. Clinical effect, symptom scores, SIt, break-up time (BUT), cornea fluorescein staining (CFT) of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effect of observation group (82.14%vs. 61.90%,χ2=8.537,P=0.003) were significantly better than this of the control group. The symptoms scores of eye dryness, foreign body sensation and visual fatigue in the observation group (0.70 ± 0.20vs. 1.50 ± 0.50, t=13.615,P<0.01; 0.60 ± 0.30 vs. 1.30 ± 0.50,t=11.003,P<0.01; 0.80 ± 0.20 vs.1.50 ± 0.60,t=10.144,P<0.01) were better than those in the control group. The SIt, BUT and CFT in the observation group (6.20 ± 3.30 mm/5 min vs. 4.70 ± 1.50 mm/5 min,t=3.793,P<0.01; 9.50 ± 2.70 s vs. 7.40 ± 2.80 s,t=4.948,P<0.01; 0.70 ± 0.20 vs.1.40 ± 0.30,t=10.144,P<0.01) were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusions The herbal fumigation combined with artificial tears showed the good effect on the evaporative dry eye.
