摘要脾胃学说为中医理论重要组成部分,阐明了机体生理活动与病理机制,为中医辨证论治提供了重要理论基础.系统梳理脾胃学说发展源流,分析、总结吴耀持教授依据脾胃学说论治糖尿病胃轻瘫的临证经验,探讨临证从辨病、辨证和辨经三个方面开展针灸治疗思路.
