摘要目的 探讨消融房室交界区加永久性起搏器植入治疗老年心房颤动的护理措施.方法 总结60例老年心房颤动患者行消融房室交界区加永久性起搏器植入术的术前、术中和术后护理过程.结果 60例患者均顺利完成手术,无并发症发生.结论 术前做好心理护理和术前准备,术中、术后严密观察与护理是顺利完成手术的保障.

abstractsObjective To investigate the nursing of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation treated by atrioventrieular junction ablation combined with permanent pacemaker implantation. Methods The nurs-ing care process in 60 elderly patients with atrial fibrillation treated by atrioventricular junction ablation combined with permanent pacemaker implantation was reviewed and analyzed. Results All 60 patients had successful outcomes without any complication. Conclusions Preoperative psychological nursing and preparation, rigorous observation and nursing during and post operation guarantee a successful operation.
