摘要目的 探讨强化心理干预在辅助生殖技术中发生流产患者中应用的护理效果.方法 选取2009年1月至2011年12月在辅助生殖技术中发生流产的180例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各90例,对照组采用常规护理方法进行护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行强化心理干预,然后将2组患者的护理前及护理后5d的SCL-90量表及IDA量表评估结果进行比较.结果 护理后5d观察组SCL-90量表及IDA量表各项目评估分值均显著低于对照组.结论 强化心理干预对在辅助生殖技术中发生流产患者的护理效果较佳,可以显著改善此类患者存在的不良心理状态.

abstractsObjective To explore the nursing effect of strengthened psychological intervention on patients with abortion receiving assisted reproductive technology.Methods 180 patients with abortion receiving assisted reproductive technology from January 2009 to December 2011 were chosen as the research object.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 90 patients in each group.The control group adopted conventional methods of care for nursing,the observation group received strengthened psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The assessment results of SCL-90 scale and IDA scale before and after five-day nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SCL-90 scale and IDA scale after five-day nursing in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,there was significant difference.Conclusions Strengthened psychological intervention for abortion patients receiving assisted reproductive technology demonstrated good effect.It can significantly improve adverse psychological state of these patients.
