摘要目的 讨论去腐生肌膏应用于糖尿病合并压疮患者的治疗效果.方法 选择2010年1月至2013年6月收治的51例糖尿病并发压疮(69处疮面)患者的资料进行回顾性总结分析,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组28例(39处)和对照组23例(30处),观察组采用去腐生肌膏进行护理治疗,对照组采用传统治疗方法,比较2组患者的压疮愈合时间以及治疗效果.结果 采用去腐生肌膏治疗压疮后,治疗效果与对照组相比差异有统计学意义,在Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期的治愈时间上2组比较差异有统计学意义.结论 在糖尿病患者并发压疮的治疗护理中,采用去腐生肌膏进行护理效果要优于传统方法.

abstractsObjective To discuss the therapeutic effect of saprophytic muscle paste in diabetic patients with pressure ulcers.Methods 51 diabetic patients complicated with pressure ulcers (69 parts)from January 2010 to June 2013 were selected.They were divided into the observation group (28 cases,39 parts) and the control group (23 cases,30 parts) retrospectively using a random number table.The observation group used saprophytic muscle paste for treatment,the control group used traditional treatment methods.The healing time of pressure ulcers and treatment effect were compared between two groups.Results The treatment effect of the observation group had significant difference compared with that of the control group.The healing time of phase Ⅱ and phase Ⅲ pressure ulcers also had significant differences between two groups.Conclusions Better effect was seen in treatment of pressure ulcers in diabetic patients than traditional methods.
