充气加温法预防前列腺电切术患者术中低体温的效果
Observation on the efficacy of forced-air warming blanket in prevention of hypothermia during TURP
摘要目的 探讨充气加温法预防经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)患者术中轻度低体温的临床应用价值.方法 选择TURP患者50例,分为充气保温组和常规组,每组25例.常规组采取常规保温措施,充气加温组在采取常规措施的基础上另加充气加温措施.术中选择7个时间点监测核心体温,比较两组患者的体温变化,并观察是否发生寒战.结果 麻醉后两组患者体温均开始下降,常规组在术中40,60min及术毕各时间点体温下降幅度较充气加温组相应点的体温下降幅度显著增大(P<0.01).术毕寒战发生率常规组为19例,较充气加温组的3例显著增加(P<0.05).结论 充气加温法可有效地预防TURP患者术中低体温的发生,并可降低寒战发生率.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the clinical value of forced-air warming blanket in the prevention of intraoperative hypothermia during TURP (Transurethral Resection of the Prostate). Methods A total of 50 aged patients undergone TURP were randomly divided into two groups of group A and group B, with 25 cases in each group. Group A received the routine measure of being covered with a piece of surgical drape and a piece of wadding. Group B received the routine measure and forced-air warming blanket to keep warm. Core temperatures were measured when patients entering the operation room at seven time points. We compared the temperature change between group A and B, and observed their degree of comfort. Results The core temperatures of group A and B decreased after anaesthesia. Group A decreased more significantly than group B at the time point of 40 min, 60 min during operation and at the end of operation (P<0.01). The shivering rate was significantly lower in group B (12%) than that of group A (76%), P<0.05. Conclusions Forced-air warming blanket can effectively prevent hypothermia and can decrease the shivering rate during transurethral prostatectomy.
