摘要目的 了解传染病医院工作的低年资护士在从事传染病事业后的工作态度.方法 采用质性研究方法,深入访问8名在某三甲传染病医院工作≤3年的护士.结果 得出低年资护士对从事传染病事业的态度包括5个主题:焦虑和恐惧心理;逐渐接受;不能理论联系实际;需要支持;愿意从事传染病事业.结论 通过在传染病医院的工作经历,可逐渐减轻低年资护士对传染病的恐惧心理,增加对传染病的认知,转变从事传染病事业之前的态度,从而愿意从事传染病事业.

abstractsObjective To understand junior nurses' professional attitudes towards infectious diseases before and after the clinical practice in infectious hospitals. Methods Eight junior nurses'in a certain top firstclass infectious hospital with clinical practice no more than three years were made in-depth interviews with by using a qualitative research method. Results Junior nurses' attitudes towards infectious diseases include five aspects, as follows: anxiety and fear, gradual acceptance, practice without integration with theory, need of help, willingness to be a nurse in infectious hospitals. Conclusions The clinical practice in infectious hospitals contributes to lessen junior nurses' fear towards infectious diseases, increase their knowledge of infectious diseases, change their attitudes towards infectious diseases and be willing to be a nurse in infectious hospitals.
