书面宣教在24h尿蛋白定量检查标本采集中的应用
Application of written propaganda and education on the sample collection of 24 hours urinary protein quantitation
摘要目的 探讨书面宣教对24h尿蛋白定量检查标本采集错误率及宣教时间的影响.方法 选取233例行24h尿蛋白定量检测的患者为对照组,使用常规口头宣教方式进行宣教,选取247例患者为观察组,在常规口头宣教的基础上,给予发放书面宣教资料进行宣教.比较两组不同宣教方式对24h尿蛋白定量标本采集错误率及宣教时间的影响.结果 观察组标本采集错误率为2.0%低于对照组的12.9%,差异有统计学意义(x2=20.885,P<0.01);观察组进行宣教用时(2.62±0.53)min低于对照组的(4.05±1.20)min,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.862,P<0.01).结论 书面宣教明显提高了24h尿蛋白定量标本采集的准确率,同时缩短了健康宣教的时间,有效提高了护士的工作效率.

abstractsObjective To explore the effects of written propaganda and education on the sample collection error rate and education time of 24 hours urinary protein quantitation.Methods Patients were randomly divided into control group(n=233) and observation group (n=247).The control group patients received the oral propaganda and education,while the observation group patients received oral and written propaganda and education.Sample collection error rate and education time in two groups were observed.Results The error rate of specimen collection of observation group was 2%,while that of the control group was 12.9%,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=20.885,P<0.01).And the time they used in observation group was (2.62±0.53) minutes significantly lower than that of control group (4.05±1.20) minutes (t=- 4.862,P<0.01).Conclusions Written propaganda and education effectively improved the accuracy of 24 hours urinary protein sample collection,shorten the time of health education and effectively improve the work efficiency of nurses.
