摘要目的：深入了解三级甲等医院综合性ICU护士工作情感体验，为其正确认识和应对情感压力提供参考，进一步促进其健康人格发展。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法对12名综合性ICU护士进行深入访谈，并运用Colaizzi法进行资料分析。结果提炼出三大主题：责任感与压力感；自豪感与自卑感；矛盾感与愧疚感。结论综合性ICU护士存在矛盾情感体验，护理管理者应重视其职业情感压力，加强自身建设及组织支持、家庭支持体系建设，从而帮助其更好的胜任ICU护理工作。

abstractsObjective To deep understand the working emotional experiences of general ICU nurses and to provide references for nurses to better understand and cope with the emotional stress, in order to further develop their personality. Methods A qualitative method was applied to this study. 12 general ICU nurses were in-depth interviewed and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi. Results Three main themes were extracted including the sense of responsibility and pressure;sense of pride and inferiority;sense of ambivalence and guilt. Conclusions The ambivalent emotional experiences existed in general ICU nurses. Thus, the administrators should pay more attention to the working emotional stress and should enhance self-construction and organizational as well as family support, in order to improve their quality of nursing.
