摘要目的探讨品管圈（quality control circle，QCC）活动在降低流浪精神障碍患者住院病区异味的应用与效果。方法成立品管圈，将“改善流浪精神障碍患者住院病区异味”为活动课题，对病区异味现状进行调查，选择2014年4月救治患者35例、病区护理人员20名为实施 QCC 前调查对象，将2014年10月救治患者42例、病区护理人员20名为 QCC 实施后调查对象，分析异味产生原因，并采取相应措施，比较实施前后病区异味情况及患者、护理人员满意度。结果开展品管圈活动后病区异味感受从6．78分降至1．82分，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；患者满意度及护理人员满意度明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论品管圈活动有助于改善病区异味，促进护理质量持续改进，提高患者和护理人员满意度。

abstractsObjective To explore the application effects of quality control circle (QCC)on reducing the peculiar smell in Psychiatry Ward for vagrant patients.Methods Quality control circle named “Improving the peculiar smell in Psychiatry Ward for vagrant patients”was established to investigate the current situation. The study investigated 35 patients who were hospitalized in April 201 4 and 20 nurses before the QCC.They also investigated 42 patients who were hospitalized in October 201 4 and 20 nurses after the QCC.The peculiar smell level and nurses′satisfaction were compared before and after the QCC,which included the analysis of the source of peculiar smell and the implementation of the related interventions.Results After the QCC,the feeling score of peculiar smell reduced from 6.78 to 1 .82 and the satisfaction level of nurses and patients were significantly improved (P <0.05 ).Conclusions The QCC can significantly reduce the peculiar smell of the Psychiatry Ward and improve the nursing quality and patients′satisfaction.
