吉林省专科护士核心能力与组织承诺现状及相关性研究
Status quo and correlation of core competency and organizational commitment of specialized nurses in Jilin province
摘要目的 探讨吉林省专科护士核心能力与组织承诺现状及两者的相关性.方法 采用中国注册护士核心能力量表和中国职工组织承诺量表,对吉林省189名专科护士进行调查.结果 专科护士核心能力平均(2.98±0.51)分,其中领导能力(3.11±0.60)分,得分最高;评判性科研能力(2.71±0.61)分,得分最低.组织承诺量表总分(66.78±8.89)分,其中规范承诺(15.23±2.79)分,得分最高;感情承诺(10.54±3.62)分,得分最低.专科护士组织承诺与核心能力呈正相关(r=0.412,P<0.01).结论 吉林省专科护士核心能力与组织承诺水平较高,提高专科护士的核心能力有助于提高其组织承诺水平.

abstractsObjective To investigate the status quo of the core competency and organizational commitment of specialized nurses in Jilin province as well as their correlation.Methods Totally 189 specialized nurses in Jilin province were investigated with Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse (CIRN) and Employees' Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (EOCQ).Results The specialized nurses' average score for core competency was (2.98±0.51) in which the leadership score (3.11±0.60), was the highest, while the critical research ability score (2.71±0.61), was the lowest. The EOCQ score was (66.78±8.89) in which the normative commitment score (15.23±2.79), was the highest, while the emotional commitment score (10.54±3.62), was the lowest. Their organizational commitment was positively correlated to core competency (r=0.412,P<0.01). Conclusions The core competency of specialized in Jilin province are relatively high, and stronger core competency helps to improve their organizational commitment.
