基于微信群的聚焦解决模式干预对临床护士职业获益感的影响
Influence of solution focused approach basing on WeChat group on perceived career benefit of clinical nurses
摘要目的 探讨基于微信群的聚焦解决模式对临床护士职业获益感的影响.方法 2016年7—8月选取柳州市中医医院210名临床护士为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组104名和对照组106名.对照组实施传统的心理辅导方法,观察组在此基础上接受8周的基于微信群的聚焦解决模式干预,干预前后采用护士职业获益感量表调查并比较两组护士干预效果.结果 干预前两组护士职业获益感总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组护士职业获益感总分为(146.42±15.08)分,对照组为(109.64±4.19)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.628,P<0.05).结论 基于微信群的聚焦解决模式对临床护士进行干预,有效提升了护士的职业获益感.

abstractsObjective To explore the influence of solution focused approach intervention basing on WeChat group on perceived career benefit of clinical nurses.Methods From July to August 2016, 210 clinical nurses in Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital were selected for the study. According to random number table method 210 clinical nurses were divided, into observation group with 104 cases and control group with 106 cases. In the control group, traditional psychological counseling method was adopted, while in the observation group, besides traditional method, nurses were intervened by an 8-week solution focused approach basing on WeChat groups. Intervention effect was compared between nurses in the two groups, using a scale about perceived career benefit of clinical nurses.Results Before the intervention, comparison between nurses in the two groups on their total scores of perceived career benefit showed no statistic difference (P>0.05). After the intervention, total scores of perceived career benefit of nurses in the observation group were (146.42±15.08), and in the control group (109.64±4.19) (t=9.628,P<0.05).Conclusions Solution focused approach intervention basing on WeChat group can effectively elevate the perceived career benefit of nurses.
