换一批摘要本研究旨在探索在我国高等院校护理硕士专业学位制度的生成和发展过程中,高校、政府、市场3者的角色和作用.高校的自主改革在制度生成阶段起了重要的作用,政府在制度化的过程中作用明显,市场则在不同时期为制度变革提供了一定的空间.本文同时探讨在护理硕士专业学位制度化后存在的问题及进一步加强培养机制改革的必要性.

abstractsThe study aims to explore the role and function of higher education institution, government and market in the formation and development of master of nursing specialist. The innovation of higher education institution plays an important role in the formative phase. Government has obvious effects in the process of institutionalization. Market is to provide space for institutional reform in different phases. At the same time, this paper discusses the problems after institutionalization, and the necessity of enhancing the reform of training mechanism.
