摘要目的? 探讨抢救室封闭管理模式下多发性创伤(简称多发伤)患者主要照顾者的心理感受与需求,为制订针对性的干预措施提供依据.方法? 采用目的抽样法,选取2017年6—12月某医院急诊抢救室多发伤患者主要照顾者为研究对象.采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对其进行深度的半结构访谈,根据Colaizzi现象学分析法进行资料整理分析.结果? 通过分类和提炼,得出4个主题:承受照顾压力;心理压力过大;接受现实但对未来不确定;支持系统薄弱.结论? 急诊抢救室封闭管理模式下,护理人员需关注多发伤患者主要照顾者的身心压力,重视其心理需求,及时进行信息沟通,提高他们对护理工作的信任度和满意度.

abstractsObjective? To explore the mental feelings and demands of main caregivers of patients with multiple trauma under closed-off management in emergency room and to provide a reference for targeted interventions. Methods? The main caregivers of the patients with multiple trauma in the Emergency Department of a hospital between June and December 2017 were selected by purposive sampling. The patients received profound semi-structural interview based on phenomenological methods in qualitative studies. The data were organized and analyzed according to Colaizzi phenomenological analysis. Results? Totally 4 themes were obtained by classification and refining: mental pressure, too much mental pressure, accepting the reality but uncertain about the future, and weak support systems. Conclusion? Nursing workers should pay more attention to the physical and psychological pressure of main caregivers of patients with multiple trauma under closed-off management in emergency room as well as their mental demands. Information should be effectively communicated in order to improve the patients' confidence in and satisfaction with nursing work.
