摘要近年来，重症监护后综合征（PICS）如ICU获得性虚弱、身体功能障碍、精神障碍等并发症对ICU患者生活质量的影响日益明显，已成为临床研究的热点。早期活动作为改善PICS的有效措施也受到医疗界的广泛关注。当前，国内外对于ICU患者早期活动相关的理论框架尚未达成一致意见。本文通过综述ICU患者早期活动，以期为临床实践提供参考。

abstractsIn recent years, the effect of post intensive care syndrome (PICS) , such as ICU acquired weakness, physical dysfunction, mental disorders and other complications, on the life quality of ICU patients has become more and more obvious, which has been a hot pot of clinical researches. As an effective measure to improve pics, early activities has been widely concerned by the medical community. However, at present, there is no consensus on the theoretical framework of early activity of ICU patients at home and abroad. This paper reviews the early activities of ICU patients, in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
