摘要目的:对老年CHF患者自我管理需求问卷进行信效度检验。方法:采用便利抽样法，2019年10月选取上海市及江西省11家综合性医院425例老年慢性心力衰竭患者进行预调查，通过项目分析、探索性因子分析形成正式问卷。2019年12月选取上海市及江西省11家综合性医院494例老年慢性心力衰竭患者进行正式调查，运用验证性因子分析、信度检验评价问卷信效度。结果:第1阶段调查共发放425份问卷，回收有效问卷387份。第2阶段调查共发放问卷494份，回收有效问卷484份。正式问卷包括5个维度42个条目，探索性因子分析提取5个公因子，其累计方差贡献率为75.538%；该问卷Cronbach's α系数为0.982，分半信度为0.871；内容效度指数为0.891，验证性因子分析显示模型拟合度良好。结论:老年慢性心力衰竭患者自我管理需求问卷具有良好的信效度，可作为评价我国老年慢性心力衰竭患者自我管理需求的工具。

abstractsObjective:To test the reliability and validity of the Self-management Demand Questionnaire for Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure.Methods:In October 2019, convenience sampling was used to select 425 elderly patients with chronic heart failure from 11 general hospitals in Shanghai and Jiangxi Province for pre-survey. Formal questionnaires were formed through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. In December 2019, 494 elderly patients with chronic heart failure from 11 general hospitals in Shanghai and Jiangxi Province were selected for a formal survey. Confirmatory factor analysis and reliability test were used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results:In the first phase of the survey, a total of 425 questionnaires were distributed, and 387 valid questionnaires were recovered. In the second phase of the survey, a total of 494 questionnaires were distributed, and 484 valid questionnaires were recovered. The formal questionnaire included 42 items in 5 dimensions. Five common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, and their cumulative variance contribution rate was 75.538%. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.982, the split-half reliability was 0.871, and the content validity index was 0.891. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit was good.Conclusions:The Self-management Demand Questionnaire for Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a tool to evaluate the self-management needs of elderly patients with chronic heart failure in China.
