摘要目的:初步构建精神科高级实践护士核心能力评价指标，并明确各级指标的重要程度，旨在为我国进一步培养精神科高级实践护士提供参考。方法:于2021年10月成立研究小组，通过文献检索、课题组讨论确定精神科高级实践护士核心能力评价指标体系的内容，于2021年11月—2022年2月以邮件、微信形式对18名相关领域的专家进行德尔菲法专家函询，调整与修改条目。结果:2轮专家函询的专家积极性均为100.0%（18/18）。经过2轮专家函询，指标变异系数<0.25。第1轮专家函询的各级指标的肯德尔和谐系数为0.117、0.158、0.100（ P<0.01），第2轮专家函询的各级指标肯德尔和谐系数为0.250、0.213、0.189（ P<0.01）。最终形成包括6项一级指标、16项二级指标以及56项三级指标的评价指标体系。 结论:本研究构建的精神科高级实践护士核心能力指标体系中，函询专家的积极性、权威性以及意见协调程度均较高，可为我国进一步培养精神科高级实践护士提供科学依据。

abstractsObjective:To initially construct the index system of core competence for psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses, and clarify the importance of indicators at all levels, so as to provide reference for further training of psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses in China.Methods:A research group was established in October 2021 to determine the content of the index system of core competence for psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses through literature search and discussion of the research group. From November 2021 to February 2022, 18 experts were consulted by Delphi method in the form of email and WeChat to adjust and modify the items.Results:The enthusiasm of experts in the two rounds of expert consultation was 100.0% (18/18) . After two rounds of expert consultation, the index coefficient of variation was less than 0.25. The Kendall 's coefficients of indicators at all levels in the first round of expert consultation were 0.117, 0.158, 0.100 ( P<0.01) , and the Kendall 's coefficients of indicators at all levels in the second round of expert consultation were 0.250, 0.213, 0.189 ( P<0.01) . An index system consisting of 6 first-level indicators, 16 second-level indicators and 56 third-level indicators were formed. Conclusions:The index system of core competence for psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses has a high degree of enthusiasm, authority and coordination of opinions of consulting experts, which can provide a scientific basis for further training psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses in China.
