摘要目的:探讨国内外减重手术护理领域研究现状、热点和趋势，从国外研究中获得启示，为国内减重手术护理领域提供借鉴和参考。方法:应用CiteSpace 6.2.R4软件对中国知网、万方数据库、维普网、Web of Science核心合集数据库进行分析，分别以"减重手术""bariatric surgery"及近似名词为中英文检索词，检索时限为建库至2023年4月1日，筛选文献后，对其进行发文分布与趋势分析、发文国家合作网络分析、发文机构网络分析、发文期刊分布分析，对关键词进行共现、聚类及突现分析，提取聚类标签并形成聚类时区图。结果:筛选后最终获取英文文献401篇、中文文献161篇。术后延续性护理是国内外共同的研究热点，包括饮食依从性与心理状态；国外还关注疼痛护理、病态肥胖等领域。研究整体呈多学科、精细化、智能化趋势，发文数量与文章质量均在上升。结论:国内学者可借鉴国外经验，完善现有减重手术研究的同时，充分发挥多学科合作优势，以切实提高减重手术护理质量，改善肥胖症患者生活质量。

abstractsObjective:To explore the research status, hotspots, and trends of bariatric surgery nursing at home and abroad, and gain insights from foreign research, so as to provide reference and guidance for the domestic bariatric surgery nursing.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, VIP, and Web of Science Core Collection were analyzed using with CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software. "Bariatric Surgery" and approximate nouns were used as search terms in both Chinese and English. The search period was from database establishment to April 1, 2023. After screening the literature, the investigators conducted analysis on the distribution and trend of publications, cooperation network of publishing countries, network of publishing institutions, and distribution of publishing journals. Keywords were analyzed for co-occurrence, clustering, and emergence, and clustering labels were extracted to form a clustering time zone map.Results:After screening, 401 English articles and 161 Chinese articles were ultimately obtained. Postoperative continuing nursing was a common research hotspot both domestically and internationally, including dietary compliance and psychological status. Foreign countries also paid attention to fields such as pain nursing and pathological obesity. The overall trend of research was multidisciplinary, refined, and intelligent. The number and quality of publications were both increasing.Conclusions:Domestic investigators can learn from foreign experiences, improve existing research on bariatric surgery, and fully leverage the advantages of interdisciplinary cooperation to effectively improve the quality of bariatric surgery nursing and the quality of life in obesity patients.
