摘要目的 检测水通道蛋白(AQP)3、8、9 mRNA在人羊水过少病例胎盘组织中的表达.方法 收集2005年7月至2005年12月在本院选择性剖宫产羊水过少病例以及正常晚期妊娠胎盘组织样本各5例,RT-PCR检测AQP-3、8、9 mRNA的表达并进行比较.结果 羊水过少病例胎盘组织AQP-8 mRNA表达水平低于正常晚期妊娠胎盘组织(0.582 6±0.061 8比0.7911±0.168 9,P<0.05),AQP-3、9mRNA在羊水过少病例胎盘组织表达与正常晚期妊娠胎盘组织差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 AQP-8在羊水过少病例母胎液体交换过程中可能有重要作用.

abstractsObjective To detect aquaporin 3,8 and 9 (AQP-3,-8 and-9) mRNA expression in human oligohydramnios placenta. Methods Each of five placenta samples were collected from women who presented either oligohydramnios or normal amniotic fluid volume and underwent elective cesarean sections at term in our hospital between July 2005 and December 2005. The expressions of AQP-3,-8 and-9 mRNA were detected by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR ) and compared between two groups. Results RT-PCR showed that the expression of AQP-8 mRNA was significantly lower in oligohydramnios placenta than that in normal pregnancy placenta at term ( 0.582 6±0.061 8 vs 0.791 1 ±0.168 9,P<0.05);the expressions of AQP-3 and-9 mRNA in oligohydramnios placenta was not significantly different from normal pregnancy (P>0.05). Conclusion AQP-8 may play a major role in maternal-fetal fluid exchange in oligohydramniotic women.
