摘要目的 探讨G蛋白偶联受体48(GPR48)在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 选取2012年1月至2017年3月本院收治的42例前列腺癌患者手术切除的癌组织标本和癌旁正常组织标本(均经病理检查证实),采用时荧光定量PCR法检测GPR48 mRNA相对表达量,采用免疫组化法检测GPR48蛋白相对表达水平,分析GPR48表达与患者临床病理参数的关系.结果 在前列腺癌组织及癌旁正常组织中,GPR48 mRNA相对表达量分别为0.534±0.032、0.212±0.023(P<0.01),GPR48蛋白相对表达量分别为0.327±0.031、0.097±0.020(P<0.01).相关性分析结果发现GPR48的表达与患者年龄无明显相关性(P>0.05),与患者术前血清总PSA值、TNM分期、GLeason评分正相关(P<0.05).结论 GPR48表达与前列腺癌的恶性程度密切相关,有望成为一种潜在的前列腺癌生物标志物.

ConcLusion The expression of GPR48 is cLoseLy reLated to the maLignant degree of prostate cancer, and it is expected to become a potentiaL biomarker for prostate cancer.
