摘要研究脑电图联合血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、胶质纤维蛋白(GFAP)、S-100β与癫痫病的临床诊断关系。研究发现血清NSE、GFAP及S-100β与癫痫病情发生发展有关,特别是对于脑电图呈中、重度异常的癫痫患者,NSE、GFAP及S-100β联合脑电图检查可有助于提高癫痫的病情评估。

abstractsThe purpose of this study was to how electroencephalogram (EEG) combined with serum neuron-specific enolase (NSE) , glial fibrin (GFAP) and S-100β relates to determining a clinical diagnosis of epilepsy. The study found that serum NSE, GFAP and S-100β were related to the development and progression of epileps, especially in epileptic patients with moderate or severe abnormalities on EEG. Serum NSE, GFAP and S-100β combined with EEG can help improve evaluation of the disease severity in patients with epilepsy.
