摘要子宫腺肌病（AM）发病逐渐年轻化，临床主要通过左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统（LNG-IUS）结合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRH-a）治疗。本研究选择在我院接受治疗的子宫腺肌病患者109例作为研究对象，对照组采用LNG-IUS治疗，观察组采用GnRH-a结合LNG-IUS治疗。分析经阴道三维超声测定子宫体积对GnRH-a结合LNG-IUS治疗子宫腺肌病的评估效果，结果发现GnRH-a联合LNG-IUS可以有效治疗子宫腺肌症，可明显减少子宫体积和月经量，缓解痛经。

abstractsAdenomyosis (AM) is increasingly found in younger age. The clinical treatment of AM mainly relies on levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (LNG-IUS) combined with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) . In this study, 109 AM patients treated in our Hospital were included as subjects. The control group was treated with LNG-IUS, and the study group was treated with GnRH-a combined with LNG-IUS. Three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound was used to measure the uterine volume as an approach to evaluate the efficacy of GnRH-a combined with LNG-IUS in the treatment of adenomyosis. The findings showed that GnRH-a combined with LNG-IUS is effective for adenomyosis, and can significantly reduce the uterine volume and menstrual blood loss, and relieve dysmenorrhea.
