摘要探讨急诊胃镜辅助下结肠支架置入在左半结肠癌急性肠梗阻中的临床疗效。对36例左半结肠癌急性肠梗阻患者行急诊胃镜辅助下结肠支架置入术，分析其治疗效果。研究发现对左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者经急诊胃镜辅助下置入结肠支架，能快速缓解结肠梗阻症状，是一种安全有效、操作相对易行的方法，疗效满意。

abstractsTo investigate the clinical efficacy of emergency gastroscopy assisted colonic stenting in acute intestinal obstruction secondary to left colon cancer. Thirty-six patients with left colon cancer and acute intestinal obstruction underwent emergency gastroscopy-assisted colonic stenting and were observed for the treatment efficacy. This study showed that colonic stenting aided by emergency gastroscopy for acute intestinal obstruction due to left colon cancer can rapidly relieve the symptoms of colonic obstruction, offering a safe, effective and relatively easy-to-use treatment with satisfactory efficacy.
