摘要采用3D打印技术将常见的子宫畸形打印成实体模型,探索其在诊断子宫畸形的可行性及诊断的准确性,从而为子宫畸形的诊断提供一种无创的诊断标准。研究发现纵膈子宫患者中原发性不孕及自然流产的发生率明显高于双体子宫患者,更需要手术干预治疗。3D模型与宫腹腔镜术中诊断一致,准确性达100%,可作为诊断子宫畸形的无创标准。

abstractsThe purpose of this study was to generate solid models common uterine malformations via 3D printing techniques, to investigate the feasibility and accuracy using these models in diagnosing uterine malformations, so as to offer a non-invasive diagnostic approach to these conditions. The study found that patients with septate uterus were obviously more likely to experience primary infertility and spontaneous abortion than those with bicorporeal uterus, and more frequently necessitated surgical intervention. The 3D model demonstration was consistent with the hysteroscopic findings with an accuracy of 100%, and therefore can be used as a non-invasive approach in diagnosing uterine malformations.
