摘要川崎病休克综合征是川崎病的一种严重亚型,主要表现为血流动力学不稳定和组织低灌注。与无休克的川崎病相比较,其心血管并发症发生率高,如发生冠状动脉病变、二尖瓣反流和心肌收缩功能障碍的风险增高;并常伴有多脏器损害;容易对IVIG无反应。儿科医师应充分认识川崎病休克综合征的流行病学和临床特征,避免误诊、漏诊,早期识别、及时治疗对改善预后至关重要。
