换一批摘要1974年3月～1991年12月共收治12岁以下先天性心脏病(先心)患儿4331例,行体外循环手术3039例.现已开展了完全性肺静脉异位回流、三尖瓣闭锁、单心室、完全性房室通道、大动脉错位等复杂先心手术,近2年开展了大动脉错位的解剖纠治术.认为发展小儿胸心外科必须从诊断、手术、监护以及设备改进、基础研究等方面配套发展.

abstractsBetween March 1974 and Dec.1991,4331 patients,aging less than 12yrs (2698 under 5 yrs.) were treated for congenital heart disease.Among them,3039 cases were performed on with open heart surgery.The treatment for complex cardiac malformation such as total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage (TAPVD),single ventricle(SV),and transposition of the great arteries (TGA) etc.started in recent years.The authors consider that the diagnosis, operation, monitoring, equipment and fundamental research cooperated to advance the cardiovascular surgery.
