摘要治疗X线检查无异常的小儿脊髓损伤31例,占同期儿童脊髓损伤患儿(88例)的35%.对该病的解剖学基础、发病机制以及诊断、治疗中的若干问题进行了讨论.

abstractsThirty-one children suffering from spinal cord injuries with negative radiographic findings,from Jan.1984 to Dec.1990,were reported in the paper.The cause of injury was fall in half of the patients,33% of the patients were injuried in lower cervical spinal cord (C5～8),71% of them developed incomplete paraplegia,26% of them appeared delayed nerve deficits by 30 minutes to 3 days after trauma.26 patients were followed up from 3 months to 7 years,average 2.7 years.18 out of 19 patients with incomplete spinal cord injury,got neurological improvement of some degree.In 7 patients with complete paraplegia,got no neurological recovery.Several problems about diagnosis and treatment were discussed in the article.
