摘要目的 通过对新生儿到成人各年龄段正常男性阴茎的测定,以获得可供临床参考应用的各年龄段阴茎大小正常值,并探讨阴茎的生长发育规律.方法 应用直接测量法测量0～18岁各年龄段及成人阴茎静息状态下的阴茎长度、冠状沟处直径,并同步测量双侧睾丸体积.以便于参考应用,本研究除将新生儿、成人各列为一组外,其余按每岁分为一组分别进行计算统计.结果 共测量正常男性2197人,分为21组.所测数据经统计学分析,不但获得了每年龄段阴茎及睾丸大小的正常参考值,同时证实了正常阴茎生长发育规律:1岁以前阴茎有较快增长(P<0.01),1～10岁阴茎增长缓慢,相邻两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),11～15岁阴茎进入快速增长期,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),16岁以后虽也有增长,但组间差异已无统计学意义(P>0.05).睾丸的增长较阴茎提前一年左右.结论 本研究涉及人群较广泛,数量较大,选择的测量方法 简单可靠,测量结果 符合中国男性阴茎生长发育特点,可供国内阴茎发育咨询及临床参考应用.

abstractsObjective To establish a normogram of penile growth,we measured the penis size in normal Chinese males, from newborn to adult. Methods The penile length, diameter of penis coronal and testicular volume were measured. Subjects from 0 to 18 years are divided into a groups. Results A total of 2187 normal male subjects were divided into 21 groups. The growth rate of penis length of subjects less than 1 year is relatively fast (P<0. 01). It slowed down between 1～10 year old of age. The rates did not show significant difference (P>0. 05). Between 11 ～ 15 years of age, there was rapid growth. There was significant intra-observer variation (P<0. 01 ). Over 16 years of age, penile size increased with age, but significant difference was not noticed. Testicular growth takes place one year earlier than the penis growth. Conclusions The study involved a large population. The direct measurements are simple and reliable. These data provided the normal pattern of Chinese male penile growth.The results provide a reference penile growth normogram for clinical reference.
