换一批摘要本文采用问卷方式对长江大学医学院2001级、2002级临床医学专业350名学生进行了临床实习质量影响因素的调查,从学校、实习医院、学生三个方面探讨了医学生临床实习质量的影响因素并进行了分析,发现影响因素是多方面的,解决问题的主要对策是实施医学教育体制的改革.

abstractsTo explore the factors affecting clinical practice,350 medical students were investigated with the help of a questionnaire.The factors explored were various,such as the training in medical school,the management in hospital,the teachers'responsibility,and the students'attitude.It was indicated in this paper that the remedies to improving clinical medical practice were to reform the educational system for training medical students.
