抛锚式教学对护理专业学生临床处置能力培养的研究
Research on nursing students' clinical disposal ability cultivation by anchored instruction
摘要目的 评价以护理技能实训基地为载体的抛锚式教学对学生临床处置能力的培养效果.方法 选择浙江医学高等专科学校2011级护理专业246名学生为研究对象,通过理论实践一体化抛锚式教学训练学生的临床处置能力.训练前后教师和学生采用修订的量表分别评定学生的临床处置能力.结果 训练前,对学生临床处置能力的评分:学生自评总分为(68.59士14.52)分,教师对其评价总分为(62.71士8.02)分;训练后,学生自评总分为(80.38士11.39)分,教师对其评价总分为(110.36士6.59)分.训练前后学生自评和教师对其评价的总分及量表中各条目得分差异有统计学意义.结论 以护理技能实训基地为载体的抛锚式教学对培养学生的临床处置能力有效,值得推广.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the cultivation effect on nursing students' clinical disposal ability at the base of nursing skills training and to provide a reference for the training.Methods The revised questionnaire "clinical disposal ability scale" was used to investigate nursing students enrolled in 2011.The 246 students were trained through an integration of knowledge and practice with the anchored instruction.Results Before training students' self-evaluated score on clinical disposal ability was 68.59± 14.52 and teacher-evaluated score was 62.71 ±8.02.After training students self-evaluated score was 80.38 ±11.39 and teacher-evaluated score was 110.36±6.59.The students total score and all sub-scale scores on clinical disposal ability before the training whether self-evaluated or teacher-evaluated were significantly different from the scores after the training.Conclusions The cultivation on nursing students' clinical disposal ability at the base of nursing skills training was effective and worth spreading.
