The survey and analysis about instructional supervision work in Hainan Medical University
摘要教学督导是高校教学质量监控系统中必不可少的重要手段。本文通过对海南医学院教研室主任进行关于教学督导工作状况的问卷调查，以了解教学督导的管理和运作情况，教师对督导工作的看法和认可度，发现了学校督导工作中存在的问题，对改进和提高教学督导工作具有建设性意义。

abstractsInstructional supervision is the indispensable means for the teaching quality monitoring system in colleges and universities. Through questionnaire survey on the teaching supervision work of heads of the teaching and research sections, we knew operation and management of instructional supervision, teachers’ views and recognition in Hainan Medical College. Besides, we also found some problems. This research results have an important significance to improve the teaching supervision work in colleges and uni-versities.
