摘要小儿外科因其诊治对象是未成年人，医患关系尤为复杂和敏感。但是，小儿外科住院医师与患者沟通能力的培训却缺乏系统性和规范性，不利于住院医师能力的培养及良好医患关系的建立。本文就如何在住院医师规范化培训期间加强住院医师医患沟通能力展开讨论，从思想重视、专业知识加强和掌握沟通技巧等方面进行分析，并提出对带教教师也要进行培训和考核的要求，并建立规范的定期考核评估机制。

abstractsThe doctor-patient relationship is always the focus in the society. The relationship seems more complex and sensitive in the pediatric surgical ward because its patients are kids. However, the pediatric surgical residents' ability of doctor-patient communication is lack of systemic and norma-tive training, which is not good for the mutual understanding between doctors and patients. This study explores how to enhance the residents' doctor-patient communication skills from the perspective of awareness, professional knowledge and some specific skills. In the meantime, it discusses the need to train the teachers and set up a regular examination-assessment system.
