摘要从2004年以来,国家投入了大量的人力和财力进行饮水型氟中毒的防控工作,取得了一定的成绩.但由于我国饮水型地方性氟中毒病区面积大、病区村多、地质条件复杂以及社会经济发展不平衡等原因,目前,饮水型氟中毒的防治效果还不能令人十分满意.近期,笔者参与多个省市的饮水型氟中毒防治的督导检查工作,对饮水型氟中毒防治所面临的困难以及相应的对策进行了思考,现总结出来,供广大地方性氟中毒防治工作者讨论.

abstractsIn China,huge sums of manpower and financial resources are invested in prevention and control of drinking water type of endemic fluorosis since 2004,from which some great achievements were obtained.However,current prevention and control efficacy for drinking water type of endemic fluorosis is not satisfactory,because of large fluorosis areas,many villages,varied geology condition and unbalanced social and economic development.Recently,author participated in supervision inspection for the prevention and control of drinking water type of endemic fluorosis in a number of provinces.Here,the difficulties in prevention and control of drinking water type of endemic fluorosis and countermeasures are presented for discussion.
