摘要目前越来越多的研究表明基因拷贝数变异可参与甲状腺癌的发生、发展及转归等多个环节.脂酰肌醇-3羟基激酶/蛋白激酶B (PI3K/AKT)信号通路相关基因拷贝数变异情况的研究,为进一步认识甲状腺癌各亚型的基因图谱,以及甲状腺癌的准确诊断和开展精准的分子靶向治疗提供了分子学基础.以下就近年来PI3K/AKT信号通路相关重要基因拷贝数变异与甲状腺癌相关性的研究进展作一综述.

abstractsAt present,more and more studies have shown that gene copy number variation can be involved in the occurrence,development and outcome of thyroid cancer.The studies on the copy number variation of genes related to phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/AKT) signaling pathways can serve as molecular bases for further understanding the gene map of thyroid cancer subtypes,as well as the accurate diagnosis of thyroid cancer and the development of precise molecular targeted therapy.This review summarizes recent advances on correlation between PI3K/AKT pathway-related gene copy number variation and thyroid cancer.
