abstractsIn order to prevent iodine deficiency disorders,Yunnan Province started the earliest iodization of salt in China during the period of Republic of China.Due to various reasons,salt iodization in Yunnan Province was inefficient,but it provided beneficial references for salt iodization of People's Republic of China.This article gives a brief introduction to this period of history.
