换一批摘要长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA）是一类长度大于200 nt且基本不编码蛋白质的转录本，以RNA形式在表观遗传水平、转录及转录后水平影响基因的表达，广泛参与机体的病理生理过程。本文围绕lncRNA分子在寄生虫学领域中的研究进展做一综述，旨在为防治寄生虫疾病寻找新的靶点。

abstractsLong non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is defined as non-protein coding transcript longer than 200 nucleotides. In the form of RNA, it affects gene expression at the epigenetic, transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels, and is widely involved in the body's pathophysiological processes. This review summarizes the research progress of lncRNA in the field of parasitology in order to find new targets for the prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases.
