摘要篇首： 我科自1987年12月-2003年3月共治疗腰椎间盘突出症1 253例,其中手术治疗276例,发现髓核突入硬膜囊内5例;合并突入神经根鞘内1例.现结合临床回顾及有关文献复习,对其诊治教训及可能的发病机制分析如下.
