摘要篇首： 我院1998年5月-2005年2月采取经皮骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogentic protein,BMP)加自体松质骨颗粒植骨治疗四肢骨不连、骨缺损35例,疗效满意,报告如下.1 临床资料本组35例中,男24例,女11例;年龄23～67岁,平均42岁;开放骨折21例,闭合骨折14例.骨不连发生在肱骨2例,尺桡骨3例,股骨12例,胫骨18例.钢板内固定19例,外固定支架固定5例,髓内针强定11例.骨不连时间为术后8.5～24个月,平均14个月.
