摘要目的：观察怀山药多糖对胃溃疡大鼠的治疗作用，研究怀山药多糖对胃溃疡大鼠胃组织表皮生长因子（EGF）水平的影响。方法将50只大鼠随机分为五组，分别为空白组（A组），模型组（B组），怀山药多糖组（C组），替普瑞酮组（D组）及怀山药多糖＋替普瑞酮组（E组）等。观察并比较各组胃溃疡的愈合情况，取胃组织检测并比较EGF水平。结果（1）C组的溃疡指数显著低于B组（P＜0．01）。（2）C组胃组织EGF水平显著高于A组（P＜0．05），与D组差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论怀山药多糖具有良好的胃黏膜保护作用，其机制可能与上调胃溃疡大鼠胃组织EGF水平有关。

abstractsObjective To observe the therapeutic effect of Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide on gastric ulcer in rats,and to investigate the effects of Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide on level of epidermal growth factor ( EGF) in stomach tissues .Methods 50 rats were randomly divided into five groups [ A group ( normal control group ) , B group(model group),C group(Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide group ),D group(teprenone group)].The healing condition of gastric ulcer and EGF level were observed and compared .Results (1)The ulcer index of C group was obviously reduced compared with B group (P<0.01).(2)Between C group and A group,the significant difference existed in the level of EGF(P<0.05),while the difference was not statistically significant between C group and D group(P>0.05).Conclusion Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide has protective effects for gastric mucosa .The mechanism of protection may be related to promote synthesis of EGF .
