摘要目的 观察超声乳化合并人工晶体术后高眼压的临床特征.方法 对152例超声乳化术后患者眼内压变化及视力、角膜、前房、人工晶体情况加以观察.18例(11.84%)术后第1天眼压大于21 mm Hg.将眼内压升高的患者随机分成两组,其中一组给予降低眼内压的治疗,另一组不给予任何治疗.结果 经统计学处理术后高眼压患者治疗组与非治疗组术后3 d内眼压变化无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 眼压升高是人工晶体术后早期暂时性并发症,虽然原因复杂,临床表现多样化,但对无危险因素的眼没有造成视功能损害.虽然如此,在临床中遇到术后高眼压患者也不能忽视.

abstractsObjective To Observe the clinical syndromes of intraocular hypertension after phacoemulsifi cation and intraocular lens implantation.Methods Observed the intraocular tension,the vision,the cornea,the anterior chamber,and the lens of 152 eyes after the phacoemulsification.18 eyes(11.84%)had a hypertension up to 21 mm Hg.Apart those patients of hypertension into two groups.One group is given treatment of lowering the in traocular tension down.The others were put aside.Results No obvious difference between treated group and the other group by statistics.Conclutalon The intraocular hypertension is the temporary early complication after phacoemulsification surgery.Though the reasons are complicated,there isn't any damage to the eye function.Neverthe less,we shouldn't ignore the patients of intraocular hypertension in clinic.
