摘要目的 比较腹股沟疝平塞组合补片与疝环充填式无张力修补术的临床疗效.方法 对75例平塞组合补片无张力疝修补术和95例疝环充填式无张力修补术的临床及随访资料进行随机、前瞻性分析比较.结果 在腹股沟区异物感、疼痛和硬块发生率和术后复发率方面,平塞组合补片组合明显低于疝环充填式组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 平塞组合补片式无张力疝修补术与疝环充填式无张力疝修补术相比,具有术后并发症少和复发率低的优点.

abstractsObjective To compare the clinic result of combined mesh patch with mesh plug tension free hemiorrhaphy.Methods A prospective randomized clinic trial was carried out to compare the clinical and follow-up data of the two groups.Results The foreign body sensation,the pain and gelosis in the inguinal region in combined mesh patch group(75cases)were significantly lower than those in mesh plug group(95 cases)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with mesh plug tension-free hemiorrhaphy,combined mesh patch tension-free herniorrhaphy has less complications and lower recurrence rate.
